Assign Course Challanges

As my students begin a course (or as they go "Back to Kindergarten" in order to find gaps), I want to have them start by taking the course challenge. Currently, we can assign quizzes but we cannot assign the course challenge. I would like that functionality added.  Any others out there who would like that OR who have found a way to do that?
