Student Login Issue - Claiming Account

If he doesn't remember his password, you should be able to reset his password for him from your account. There are instructions for doing so here.

Otherwise, would you be able to help the student submit a support ticket so we can take a look at his account?

Hi Evan,

I have the username and password for all of my students. I have been trying to log in and help him out and have even submitted a help ticket. I was able to put in his password to log him in, it just wont let me/him claim his account wit hthe same password. I tried following the steps to reset his password, but when I put in his email, it does't ever send him a reset link. If I provided an email do you think you would be able to help?

Also, if it helps, my class is connected with my Google Classroom and that could be why I don't have access to change my students passwords for them.

Ah ok, if the student's Google account indicates that they are older than 13 you won't be able to manage any of their account settings.
