If you scroll down under a video, you should be able to see the questions tab. If you're viewing a video in a place that's not the lesson page, you'll need to click that "Go to lesson page" link in order to be able to see the questions tab. If you see this tab and can't post anything, your account is probably a child account and you won't be able to use that feature.
