Differential Calculas
Hello,
I was watching the videos on differential calculus, specifically limits, and had a question. I understand that limits are essentially a description of a function. The right, and left slopes approaching the point tell you were the point is. But aren't the slopes assumptions, since finding the slope of every decimal between two points is impossible as that is infinite amount of points? or is there an more accurate method I have not seen yet? (I am only on video 23) If that is the case I would be grateful for any direction on the subject that would provide me an answer.
Thank you,
GT
