I'm a little curious...

Hi! There has been chatter about a 40-vote limit per day on coding programs in the KA community, and I would love to find out for myself is this is true or similar concept in in place. If there a such limit on the votes, is there any other ways we could limit botspamming other than limiting votes? It seems that it dampens the popularity of great programs while not allowing coders and users to accurately gauge the popularity of their programs. I would love to hear from the KA staff directly and see what is going down! =D
