THANK YOU for working on this.  I was going to make this suggestion!  It is dispiriting for users to see suggestions with hundreds of votes that are years old that apparently have not been resolved...

3. The "Report a problem" link at the bottom of the exercises is a Black Hole

Also, there is no "Report a Problem" link on the pages where teachers review their students' work and that is the easiest place for us to see problems with particular questions.

This seems like a no-brainer.  Why is KA reinventing the wheel on a badge island that is cut off from the rest of the world when it could connect and give students the easy ability to show evidence...
