I have a student who has very poor eyesight, but who is having a lot of success with Khan Academy. However, she really needs a screen reader. I have tried the one that is built into Firefox, but it tends to stop when it encounters an image and not pick back up, or it doesn't read other aspects of the article. Can anyone suggest a good screen reader that plays nice with Khan's UI? It would need to be free.
Have you tried emailing the KA accessibility team? Maybe they already know of something.
If anyone has a good recommendation, please pass it on to the KA accessibility team so they can pass it on when others ask :-D
