How does my over 13 child log in?

We have had their account for years but forgot about it. When we signed up they were younger than 13 and I could change their password if we forgot it. Now, we cannot do that and I don't know how to reset their passwords to log in. I cannot delete my account and start over for them because I need to delete their accounts as well. I do not know what to do here.
