You can retrieve the Tips & Thanks on a program using the following API call:
https://www.khanacademy.org/api/internal/discussions/scratchpad/ScratchpadIdHere/comments?limit=10&page=0
Questions can be retrieved using this endpoint:
https://www.khanacademy.org/api/internal/discussions/scratchpad/ScratchpadIdHere/questions?limit=10&page=0

Sorry for the late response. I don't get notified for these.
Is there any way I can retrieve Tips & Thanks' comments? For example, retrieving comments in an interview. Also, will the scratchpad's ID always be the program's ID (the ending number of the link)?
EDIT: Never mind, I just entered in the link, and saw that it worked as the program ID. But I still don't know how to see comments in a thread.

The comments have to be retrieved separately using this endpoint:
https://www.khanacademy.org/api/internal/discussions/postIdHere/replies
The postIdHere should be replaced from the "key" property that is returned from the call that gives the T&T posts.
And yes, the program ID is the same as the ScratchpadIdHere.

In a new webpage, I put the code at the bottom. I don't know why, but it didn't work, and when I checked the console, it said:

Why is that?

Okay, I tried that! And I added that with a bunch of styling. But now API is not my question anymore. It's date. How did Khan Academy get the dates for like the comments? It would say something like "a month ago" or "2 days ago".
I tried doing it, but every single thing would be that one date. Could you help me? Thanks a lot, I know you've already helped a big bunch. And I don't want to paste the whole code, so i'm going to give you the link to the project:

The API doesn't return that information directly, so you'll have to process the returned date yourself in order to format it as "X days ago".
If you run a search on "javascript time ago" you should find a number of libraries and functions that you could use to accomplish this.

The problem looks like it should be an easy fix, but tell me if it doesn’t work. You’re using the KA encrypted key instead of the expand key. You can get the expand key by clicking on a Tips & Thanks where it shows how long ago it was posted (right next to the author name). If you click it, it’ll open a link to whichever program you’re on but it’ll have something like ?qa_expand_key=ag5zfmtoYW4tYWNhZGVteXJACxIIVXNlckRhdGEiHWthaWRfNTUzNjU2NDc5MjU4ODc5NjIyMzM5Mjc2DAsSCEZlZWRiYWNrGICA3bzg040KDA at the of the link. Take that key (everything after the equals sign) for the API endpoint.

Anyway, does the Subpage Archives look good now? I styled it to look like a Khan Academy comment, and with the help of Evan got a time ago function. But is there any more efficient way to do it?
