My children were set up with Khan accounts years ago at their old school but we are homeschooling now and we'd like to use their Khan accounts, but all I'm able to do is see their progress. Can someone please help us? They don't remember their passwords, we just see their accounts when I log in to my parent account.

If you're not able to view their settings as explained in the above article, you'll need to submit a support ticket so we can help you regain access to their account and add you as a linked parent account. Since the accounts were created by their teacher, you are probably just listed as a coach (not a parent) on their account, which does not allow you to modify their account settings.
