How can I view students' statistics from before 2018?

I have mingled this over and I think that maybe it is not possible.

The reason for saying this is because whenever you go to anyones performance you can only see to 2019 because that's just how KA wants to do it. I think maybe the best thing for you to do is not have your children using Khan academy as a school. Because, issues like this are most then likely prom to occur. You should check out your other children accounts to see if their's are the same way. You should probably call, or contact the KA technical support or managing center,
