Progress report

Hi,

I wanted to check the site as well as the level of difficulty offered, so asked my son to complete assessment for one of his grade's math units (I didn't have an account t this point). He was excited to complete it fairly quickly. I assumed that we would be able to save his progression after he completed the assessment by clicking on the top left corner tab where it says "Don't loose your work. Log in or sign up to start saving your progress.' But when i clicked on it to sign up and save his progression, his work wasn't saved. If I click on the back tab I can still see is progression but I just don't seem to be able to save his work.

Can you help?

I'm sorry your daughter has lost your progress.

I'm afraid that progress made while logged out of the Khan Academy account can not be saved.

I completely understand how frustrating this situation is and how confusing our warning message can be. Please know that I've escalated your feedback to our team and it'll be part of our conversation as we plan the future of Khan Academy.
