SAT payment on the college board website

I know this is a different website but i need someones to answer if they had the same problem and how to solve it i made an account to register for the sat on the college board website everything is good until i reach the payment part it keeps loading with a pop up that says processing your payment then after ten minutes it tells me that i have timed out and they did not process my payment i tried different visa cards all the same i contacted my visa company they said some websites dont accept pre paid visa or master cards i tried contacting college board they dont respond so we only get pre paid cards in iraq no credit or debit
did anybody encounter the same problem and how can i solve it please ?
