Best route to take

Hello,
I haven't done any formal math for 26 years. I'm starting college courses to earn my bachelor's degree and took a math placement test, and was placed in math 65. I have already taken higher math classes in college in the past and don't want to retake what I've done in the past. What is the best plan of action to get up to speed with college level math so I can retake the placement test and get a better score?
