Sequence for Learning Math from Very Beginning

I have always failed math and want to eventually become an engineer in an aerospace or electrical field (NASA, Boeing, SpaceX). Starting with the very beginning to the very end, what is the correct sequence? Is Math 1, 2, and 3 what an adult should follow or is that a separate part of the course? I hope to start from the very beginning to learn common core and learn how to do everything mentally for test purposes (to mid-level algebra without a calculator).

This is to learn so I can pass a advanced accelerated math course (Algebra, Trig, Pre-Cal and Calculus I and II) without failing. I dont know any high school math anymore and I was in special education classes and took alternative courses to graduate high school. College math was literally formulas for calculating IRS income statements, loans calculations, basic probability, a bit of geometry, and Brute Force Algorithms/ Euler circuits. I have to get a higher GPA (2.494 to at least a 3.0 - 3.5 to be competitive).

I was separated from the military and I am working on upgrading my discharge to honorable, so Its a good time for me to prepare. Hopefully I get my GI bill back and can go back to college or be accepted for a job that offers education.

Hello Tyler, first of all good luck in this incredible journey. Second, expect that this question has been questioned by other people with very similar situations to you, or maybe different, but with a common goal: start learning math from the beginning. Just go after mastery in the order provided by KA. From elementary, to 7th grade, to Algebra I, to Precalculus, Calculus and then higher classes that unfortunately KA doesn't offer. Use the search bar for optimal result or even Google outside KA.

The College math classes you've talked about seem very interesting topics but that are not really covered in the same courses. Or maybe yes, who knows. What's important as with any skill in life is to start working, and keep going. Without giving up and without questioning. Is the most difficult thing to do, but the only one that works.

Try to master all courses. If they are easy for you, you'll have no problem on collecting the 100%. If not, don't worry take your time. Is just a matter of working or not.
