Khan Academy videos will not load on the apple ipads 13.4.1

My district is one to one with apple ipads K-12. I teach 3rd grade and have been relying heavily on your program during distance learning. The app worked well in the spring but recently the videos will not load on the ipads for students in school or at home. The exercises work well but the students are unable to access the videos. The videos work fine on my macbook in school, and I am able to project them on my avery board, but I am most concerned about my students completing at home learning. Please help!

I suggest that you use Report a Problem in the top right (incorrectly stated as "left" in my original message) of every Support Community screen. This will get your problem to the right person more quickly.

I am also an iPad user but as an inndependent adult learner. The latest version of my operating system is 13.6.1. I realize that in an institutional setting, updates to software, including operating system software, can't usually be doen by individual users. But if you could get your school or school district to authorize updating to 13.6.1 (or later, if i'm not even up-to-date, but I think I am), maybe things will improve.

However, I suggest contact Khan via Report a Problem before you consider updating your operating system. It may turn out to be a known problem for which they can provide a better work-around.

Hi kingb!
I can relate to videos & unit tests not loading on iPad. I recommend you access Khan Academy through your browser. Not as comfortable, but you can keep learning without any inconveniences.
