I try to ask questions in Khan Academy.... but no discussion box is displayed! Please help ASAP

Hi Krisanu Saha,
This is most likely the result of being a child account. That is for users under 13, and they can't post anything and nobody can view their profile. If this is incorrect, I suggest submitting a support ticket (here) to change your birthday.
