SAT QUESTION REGARDING CONNECTING TO COLLEGE BOARD

I have just gotten my score report back from the first SAT I took this month. The scores are showing but none of my skills have changed at all. On the SAT, however, I lacked those skills. It said it updates my skills but it didn't at all. Any help?
