ABOUT TRANSLATİON!!!

We want Turkish translate videos. And we did say about that as "We want it Turkish". But there is not any Feedback. 12 MONTHS!!! There is not any interest to us. Just little bit. About some videos. BUT HOW CAN I LEARN INTEGRAL AT ENGLISH VIDEOS, WHEN I DON'T KNOW ENGLISH??? Can someone take care of it? About all videos and tests. There is not any Feedback for us...
