everyone knows that is says the thing is how do we create a program from scratch

i believe that to get him, you have to make a program all by yourself or something, no idea.

How I got Hopper is, First, I clicked on Profile, then scrolled down to "Create A Program". Then I just wrote 20 x 10, and titled it, "Multiplying Tens". Then I clicked Spin-Off and Save. Then, I reloaded Khan and I got Hopper. Hope This Helps.

I think you have to create a blank program and write it yourself, rather than modifying someone else's program or an official program.
