Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) MAT-143 Course: Quantitative Math

Hi, and In EIGHT weeks, I'm about to start a math course at FTCC and the course is Quantitative Math. The last time I took a math course was over 20 years ago.  My question is, what comparable math course can I use, take or do that will help with my upcoming math course.  Any information will be helpful and appreciated.  I do not know what I do not know, so I'm asking.
