If donations increase, could the Health and Medicine content be brought back?

When it was removed, the reason given was that there aren't enough resources to focus on university education as well. I understood that course very well, and it taught me more about biology than I ever thought I could learn. A lot of people on the Community have also said it inspired them to become doctors.

Is there any chance it could come back if more resources are available?
