I would say every user gets the badge, but then if someone only added one line, then they'd get the badge anyway.... Hmm, that would be an interesting topic of thought.

@Yatrik: There will be a GUI for adding people you would like to credit, in the settings panel where the canvas size changers are right now.
Maybe.... but I don't know where that would fit :P
