Drawing tool should cover the entire modal window

The drawing tool does not cover the entire modal below when scrolling the page. It only covers the area which is shown when first loaded but everything else below that area is not covered by the to...

Streak feature kept me consistent. I dunno why they couldn't migrate that in the new version aside from maintenance hassle. Surely they could've done something about it.
