    Here are screen shots of my process of trying to assign assignments.  This is what it brings to me as if I am the learner.

    Evan-   Yes same problem.  Still can not assign assignments.  It acts like I am the learner.  Same issue that everyone else is reporting.  Please fix   thanks!
