Binomial theorem pops out of nowhere in algebra 2 why ?

I finished algebra 1 and when i got to algebra 2 binomial theorem assumes i already covered pre-calculus which i do not know ...i got so confused by this...so please rearrange the videos correctly....

Just cause its in dollars does not mean the concepts are different.Maths concepts are universal.It makes absolutely no difference whatsoever . For the record i am from a village in india and i rele...
