two accounts

In order to create a new account and view the sign-up page, you'll need to be signed out of any existing accounts that you may have. To do this, click your name in the top right corner (of the main website, not the support center) and then select "Sign out". You should then be able to visit the Sign Up page to create a new account.

 

Another option is to create a new child account under your main account. You can find instructions for this here.
