Thanks for sharing this feedback with us! We're always working hard to expand our content library and translate our existing content into other languages!
All of the non-English versions of the site are managed by volunteer translator teams of various sizes, which is why the availability of content across the different language locales can vary widely. We're always working to translate high-priority content into additional languages, but due to our limited resources I'm afraid we don't have any specific timelines as to when specific pieces of content or milestones will be reached on the Russian version of the site.
