Can't seem to change my daughters coarse level.

Accounts don't have an associated grade level with them, so there's not a way to change a user's grade level. All users can access all of the courses on the site, regardless of their age or grade level.

If you're trying to change the courses that appear on her Learner Homepage, then you can do so by logging into her account and clicking the "Edit Courses" button. This will allow you to select which courses appear on her homepage. Please note that it is only possible to do this by logging into her account directly---you can't do this from your parent account.
