iPad iOS 10.3.3

Hi Jennifer!

Khan Academy should be able to run on that version of iOS, I've never heard of issues for it in the past.  Maybe try deleting the app and reinstalling it?  Or try checking for updates for the app, there may have been a recent update.

If that doesn't work, the next thing I'd recommend would be to fill out a ticket to send to the support team who might be more capable of detecting an issue.  Tickets can be created here: https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/requests/new

I have the same problem for my daughter account. We use Ipad 4 with iOS 10.3.4. "There was an issues signing in" text on login page. I have try to deleting the app and reinstalling it. But the problem persist.
