Directions for entering symbols and letters in exercise answer field on ipad

Thank you for reaching out! Generally, the special characters are provided in an exercise according to necessity. If they are not available in a given exercise, this is likely because the exercise allows for an answer that does not need them. That said, if you are sure that is not the case, could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? This way our support channel can have a deeper look at it.
