Since it sounds like a bug/technical issue, I'd suggest submitting a Support Ticket via this link: https://khanacademy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
A team member at Khan Academy will get back to you as soon as possible. Due to school closures, Khan Academy has seen a sharp increase in membership and support tickets, so it may take some time for a member to get back to you.
