[Feature request] Add ability to enter my official Praxis scores

Hello,

I took the Praxis a few weeks ago and received my official results for reading and math. Is there anywhere in my Khan Academy profile that allows me to enter in my official scores? I believe that it would be both beneficial and satisfying to look at my entire Praxis journey from beginning assessments through practice tests, and finally,  all the way to official results. I passed reading and math on the first try, but those people who have to retake tests might also want to track their progress by including their official test results.
