How To Download Points and % Complete in Course

Dear Khan Academy Coaches and Teachers:

Good afternoon, how are you all doing? I'm teaching AP Calculus AB in Khan Academy, and last year, I used to download the student progress by student and get all of the energy points for each of the students in my class. This year, I want to download the energy points as well as the % of the course that is mastered.

Can you please tell me how to get this data downloaded out? I want to be able to easily display in on a spreadsheet for my students and have it go to them on their grade reports. I don't want to spend a lot of class time clicking through it every few days to show each student how their doing.

What happened to the Download button that used to be there?

Hi Mr. Werth,

We recently overhauled the Student and Teacher progress reports to use new tracking metrics in order to provide better and more accurate reporting for students and teachers. Unfortunately, the new progress reports do not currently include the ability to download the reports. If you'd like to see this feature added, I strongly recommend submitting your feedback via this form.

The % of the course mastered and the total energy points are both visible from the students' end, so I think the easiest solution here would be to show them how to access those statistics so you don't have to spend class time finding the stats for them.

To view student energy points, students can go to their Profile page.

From the Progress page, students can view what activities they have recently worked on, their scores for exercises, and their total learning minutes.

If you have assigned them a Course Mastery Goal, they can view their progress towards their course mastery by clicking the "Course mastery" tab under your class name in the sidebar.
