Request to add a tuning section in the music section

I'm glad that you have asked this; you raise an interesting question. As someone that loves listening to music, playing it, and creating it, a tuning "app" might be something interesting to add to the music section and discuss. There's a lot of science and math behind music, and tunings/tuners may be a good place to start "chipping away" at it.
