Incorrect answer when entered, despite also being answer at end of hint section

Hey there! I'm currently studying matrices in precalculus on IOS, and when I try to enter my answer it's denied. I thought my maths was wrong originally but this is also the same answer in the hints section. I've attached images below.

Edit: same thing happened on the next question I got. The question is the same as below, just with different numbers. I think it might be a formatting issue as the matrix brackets don't extend down to where the matrix actually ends? I'm not too sure though, it seems far-fetched.
