Missing Video Leaving Us Hanging In Trig/Alg2

I don’t have time to watch them right now, but I see that there’s a video about modeling daily temperature that comes BEFORE the modeling annual temperature video. Is this a different one that is not the continuation of the modeling annual temperature video? I agree, there should have been a continuation.

No, the very last video is a part 1 of 2. Part 2 exists on YouTube but just doesn’t exist on the Alg2 trig page, and if you see the comments on YouTube on part one, there are others asking for a link to the answer since it wasn’t on the main site.

I suggest that you choose Report a problem on the top of this page, to the right of center, and request that this video be added to Algebra 2/Trigonometry right after the first video.

Have you attempted the practice exercise/unit quiz/unit test/course challenge associated with the part 1 video? It could be that the subject matter covered in part 2 is not part of any of the practiced/quizzed/tested material and thus wasn't thought to be necessary. But it could turn out that this information is needed for doing these exercises/quizzes/tests, so if that's what you've found, then please report the problem.

Well you can hardly think that anyone wants to watch a 10 minute video of Sal preparing to solve a problem.... to hear him him say “in the next video I’ll solve the problem” and then not provide the solution or a link to the solution. What teacher would solve half a problem and not compete it? Two comments where nobody has watched the video in question.

If someone would just watch the video they can see that Sal does not provide a solution. Additionally there are comments all over YouTube on this video complaining that there isn’t a solution given and that we have to leave the Kahn Academy website to find the second video.

I apologize if I have gone about the wrong way to make this request. I have used Khan for over a year now and this is the first time I've encountered anything like this. I donate to Khan Academy and will continue to do so. It has been absolutely life changing and unparalleled in it's ability to teach me maths. Seeing the comments on the videos both on here and on YouTube made me see that I wasn't the only person to see this issue and I thought i might be the only person to go that extra mile to see if it could be fixed.

I absolutely appreciate this website more than I can possibly express. I tried to find the "report a problem" on the page but couldn't find it, so again, i'm sorry if i didn't quite make this known correctly. Thanks again!

Do you know the link to the second video on YouTube? I just tried searching for it there, but all I found was the part 1 video. I also found one in a foreign language, but I don't know if it's part 1 or part 2.
