Content suitable for the Middle East

I am a foreign English teacher at an all girls school in a very conservative village in the Middle East.  Khan Academy's Grammar platform would be an absolute ideal solution for many of my students but I currently can't introduce them to the website because of content that would become the centerpiece of conversation.  I am a westerner and do not promote censorship on any level but the reality is without blocking the content of Art History, Human Biology, and a few others introducing my students to Khan Academy will result in the loss of my job.  I am desperate to get this kind of technology in the hands of my girls and expose them to such a wonderful student centered approach to education.  Please help! Please consider any available option so that I have the opportunity to coach my girls on Khan Academy.  They need it so badly.
