Character deveolpment and soft skills

 Dear Khan Academy,

Thank you for everything you have done! I am very grateful for all the instructional videos.

I was wondering what you thought about a soft skills program, where students would learn about themselves, develop soft skills such as communication, creativity, innovation, good judgment, conflict management, time management, presentation skills, management and also values to build their character and better themselves.

One could start the program with a personality quiz, then when you know what personality you are, you can start learning about other types of personalities, and start to learn about yourself, what you are good at, what you are passionate about, the right values. You would then also learn about others and how to go about human differences.

This is a challenge because it it would be much more personal. Learning soft skills and personal development should have always been part of an educational system.
