Suggestions:

Allow educators to set Length-# of questions for a quiz.

Allow educators to set a "Difficulty Level" for quizzes.

Allow educators to select questions to create a quiz.

Have a separate bank of questions for quizzes to draw from instead of the same ones from the practice sets.
