Table of Content

just build a site and added a plugin for showing table of content, but it showing all the headings under the main heading and making them sub-heading of main heading but i want all heading should be separate in table of content like, 1,2,3,4 but with current setting it showing 1, 1.2, 1.3, 

i have checked all the settings but it not showing the exact number that should be on webpage,
