Video demos of chemistry reactions.

I am a fan of Khan Academy. You guys are awesome. I have one request. Can you post lab demos for name reactions of organic chemistry? I understand the reactions on paper but when it comes to practical knowledge, prerequisites of each reaction, the toxicity of chemical and practical issues in carrying out a reaction in the lab, I don't get any knowledge from anywhere. I think you guys have the resources to do that as you must be having collaborations with many universities. No one seems to have thought in this direction.
