Hi Evan, I never heard back from anyone yesterday or today. I know it's New Years eve so I will give it to next week but I hope I receive a reply from the support team.

Cancelling my account

I am trying to cancel my account which renewed yesterday without a heads up from Khan academy. The help section says that there is a cancel button under settings but I only see a "delete account" b...
