Account Settings Page redirects you to Join Class Code page

Hello, Crimson here. I am an adult independent learner that is struggling to access Account Settings.

As from the title of the post said, does anyone have trouble with accessing it wherein if you click Settings, it redirects you to the Join Class Code page instead? Are there any solutions if someone have ever experienced this already?

EDIT: Already tried to read the articles about account settings. Found none unfortunately.
