Where is the lag coming from?

Are you noticing this lagging behavior on specific pages or just in general? Can you also clarify what you mean by "actions take a significant amount of time to load"? Are you referring to loading posts, voting, responding, etc.?

I tried using the Computing Platform Discussions Page and wasn't able to reproduce the issue on my end. I'm able to modify posts and reply to them without issue. Are you using any browser extensions that could be affecting the page responsiveness? I've seen a few users in the past who have had loading issues caused by this.

Hunter R. Shaw phrased his post in a confusing way, but if I am not mistaken I believe that he is referring to the same problem that was mentioned here:

Or if that is not what he is talking about, then my second guess is that he must just have slow internet speed which causes the discussion fields to load slowly.

Or I know from experience that discussion threads that have a lot of people in them are quite slow, but normally you aren't posting in a thread that already has 100+ comments so this isn't a major problem.
