Student cannot progress in assignment

I have a student who is having trouble progressing through the assignments posted. It's difficult to help her because I cannot be there with her to navigate the site. She says that she will watch the video and once she clicks "onward" it just closes the window and takes her back to the list of assignments. Through video chat, I saw the video pulled up on her screen and I saw it play, but it did not show complete on my end nor was she able to move on to the next assignment. What is she doing wrong? How do I advise her? Any help is appreciated!
