Error in Code?

I am teaching Pixar in a Box. One of my students is having trouble loading some of the interactive activities:

• Intro to Lighting - Exercise 3, final activity
• Simulation - Spring mass system

She received this error when waiting for these activities to load, "A function is taking too long to run. Perhaps you have a mistake in your code?"

How can I help her? What's going on?
