I am in the university now and we are starting to learn math analysis, Cauche sequence etc, so is it possible to learn math analysis in khan academy, if yes what exactly courses am I supposed to take?

Not really. What's most similar to Math Analysis that KA offers is Calc AB/BC/1/2/Derivative Calc/Integral Calc. But it's not as rigorous as Math Analysis nor is a proof-based course. I think cauchy sequences are covered in Calculus BC but I'm not sure. I recommend you to use your class textbook.
