If you believe there is an error in a video, you can follow the steps listed here: https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/articles/212934867-How-do-I-report-mistakes-in-videos. The content team will then review the reported error and add a correction in the video if necessary.
Please note that as of right now, reporting a content error is only available on Khan Academy's website, not the apps.
