Does anyone actually ever read or address the problem reports that I send? I have flagged several questions that I believe are unclear or in error, but have never recieved any confirmation or seen any indication whatsoever that anyone even recieved my report. If I am wasting my time please just tell me so.

Yes, we do read all of the problem reports! Our team of content experts periodically reviews these reports and determines whether or not the exercises need updating.
Due to the number of reports that we receive (some legitimate and some not so legitimate) and the small size of our team, we unfortunately don't have the capacity to respond to users who report issues with the content. However, rest assured that your feedback will be received and reviewed even if you don't hear from us.

Thanks for the response! That is definitely good to know. I have been an avid user of Khan Academy for several years now, and would love to somehow join the content team to help make Khan Academy better. How would I go about trying to get involved with you guys? How did YOU get involved with Khan Academy?
I believe strongly in what Khan Academy is trying to offer, and if given the chance I think I could bring a lot to the table in the way of content management, analysis, and intense attention to detail. I would work for very cheap on a remote, part time basis if you guys need extra help sorting through the extensive math content, as that is what I am most proficient in and what I have used the most. It doesn't look like we have any openings for the math content team at the moment, but I encourage you to keep an eye on our Careers page in case anything opens up!
There's also a few other ways that you can help out on a volunteer-basis if any of those interest you.
